Welcome to Black Central, a platform connecting service providers with the community. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Provision: Black Central facilitates the connection between service providers and the community. We do not provide services directly. While we have done our due diligence to vet every service provider on our platform, customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and assessing service providers' qualifications, ratings, and reviews before engaging their services.

2. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel a service booking according to the cancellation policy specified by the service provider. Any applicable cancellation fees will be outlined in the booking agreement between the customer and the service provider.

3. Reimbursements: In the event of cancellation or dissatisfaction with services provided, customers may be eligible for reimbursements subject to the service provider's refund policy. Black Central is not responsible for issuing reimbursements and any disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

4. Payouts to service providers: Service providers will receive payouts for services rendered in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions. Black Central facilitates payouts to service providers through secure payment methods.

5. Ethical Data Practices: Black Central is committed to ethical data practices and protecting the privacy of our users. We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Canada's privacy laws.

6. Protection of Information and Privacy Law in Canada: We adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other relevant privacy laws in Canada. Users' personal information is collected and processed only for the purpose of facilitating transactions on our platform and improving user experience. We implement reasonable security measures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions: Black Central reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Black Central Terms and Conditions for Service Providers Listing Services

Listing Services: By listing your services on our marketplace, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your offerings, including pricing, availability, and terms of service.

Cancellation Policies: Service providers must clearly outline their cancellation policies for clients, including any applicable fees or penalties. Clients must adhere to these policies when canceling bookings.

Booking Requests: Service providers are responsible for promptly responding to booking requests and confirming availability. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

Payouts to Registered Business Accounts: Service providers agree to provide valid business account information for receiving payouts. Payouts will be processed according to the agreed-upon schedule and may be subject to transaction fees.

Commission and Fees: Service providers acknowledge and agree to the commission and fees charged by the platform for facilitating transactions. These fees will be deducted from the total transaction amount before payout to the service provider.

Commitment to Standard Practices: Service providers commit to upholding industry-standard practices in delivering their services, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Agreed Discounts and Subsidies: Service providers agree to honor any discounts or subsidies agreed upon with clients or provided by the platform. Any deviations must be communicated and approved by all parties involved.

Commitment to Serving Clients Without Bias: Service providers pledge to serve clients without racial bias, prejudice, or discrimination of any kind. Any discriminatory behavior will result in immediate termination of the service provider's account.

Commitment to Privacy Laws and Ethical Data Practices: Service providers must adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations, safeguarding client information and maintaining ethical data practices at all times.

Termination of Agreement: The platform reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any service provider found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Termination may result in the removal of listings and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

Updates to Terms and Conditions: The platform reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Service providers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
